Refunds and returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Late refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Please contact your bank, some institutions may take up to 10 days to process it. If you’ve done all this and you still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at support@dpaz.shop.

Items on sale

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded at the original price.

Returns Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping of products

Some of our products may take up to 15 days. Please be patient, your product will arrive at the address indicated without problems. If it takes longer than expected we will give you a generous credit. It depends on the distance you live and customs times.

Where do you ship and where are the products you sell manufactured?

Although China might be the imaginable choice for many, it is not really. The products we sell are made by trusted suppliers, with Italy being our main one, but also in the United Kingdom, Panama, Spain, Portugal. The products are usually made in parts. This means that perhaps the buttons on a beautiful coat are made in China, the fabric is from Portugal and the workmanship and design in Italy. We sell it in many countries, but each product shown has undergone quality controls by professionals. Making our quality promise real and our suppliers trustworthy.
