Shipment
- Shipping Options:
- We offer domestic and international shipping.
- While some shipping is free, not all shipping is, so shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location.
- Although we ship to all countries in the world, the international area is always subject to unforeseen changes, therefore; If for some reason we could not send your product to your country or city, we apologize, it would mean that we cannot control it, we will let you know by email giving the reasons why. This is usually unusual, but sometimes situations such as wars or bad policies limit trade.
- Delivery Times:
- Domestic shipping: 3 to 7 business days, but we can also take up to a maximum of 11 days for free shipping.
- International shipping: 10 to 21 business days.

- Return Policy:
- We accept returns within 15 days of product delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging and with all labels intact.
- Exceptions:
- D’PAZ Magazine are non-returnable unless errors are found. We make sure to send each page of the magazine perfectly to the consumer.
- It is the customer’s absolute responsibility to write their shipping or home address correctly. If the error is ours, we will give you a refund and send you new products for free, but if the customer entered or made a mistake when entering their shipping address, we will not process a refund. This is in order to avoid scams.
- Return Process:
- Go to the return form and select the product you wish to return, or send an email to support@dpaz.shop with the reason for the return and your order number.
- Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, unless the product has arrived damaged or incorrect. This cost applies to free shipping products. Most products are shipped for free in the United States, but products for which you did pay for shipping will be our responsibility.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned product.
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
